A man who threatened to jump off a 60-foot high billboard snarled traffic for several kilometers on opposite lanes of the MacArthur Highway for some five hours in Valenzuela City.


Valenzuela police chief Superintendent Billy Beltran said Nicanor Pulgado, 29, a construction worker, climbed the steel structure in Karuhatan and threatened to jump at around 7 a.m. yesterday after he was allegedly robbed of cash entrusted to him by friends.

Ayon sa ulat, dakong alas-8 ng umaga nang magsimulang magkabuhol-buhol ang daloy ng trapiko sa nasabing lugar nang makita ng mga motorista na umakyat ang biktima sa isang billboard na may 50 talampakan ang taas.
