The Department of Education-7, through the special education division of the Bureau of Secondary Education, has already started working on the development of Distance Learning Modules for children of poor families and those living in areas far from schools.


The DLM is an alternative way for these children to have access to basic education through self-paced and independent learning materials that would make them competent in English, Science, Mathematics, and Filipino.
