If I had a peso for every time Ive heard the line, "No need to reinvent the wheel," Id be a rich man by now. Most of the time, a boss will say this to emphasize the need to go back to basics, to go back to the proven system of the company, especially in cases where the company has lost focus and has found itself engaged in other things or doing things differently.
