Metro police chief Director Reynaldo Varilla expressed confidence yesterday that the incoming district directors of the Southern and Northern Police Districts will live up to the expectation and responsibilities of their jobs.


"They are hardworking and team players and I have worked with them before," said Varilla, referring to Chief Superintendents Roberto Rosales and Pedro Tango.

Rosales and Tango will assume office after a brief turnover ceremony to be presided by Varilla today.
