Flight No. SV 866 was about to land at runway 0624 when its pilot noticed a malfunction of its braking system due to steering problem, NAIA officials said.
The pilot advised the control tower for a possible emergency landing at 10 a.m. The plane touched down at 10:10 a.m., overshot the runway and stopped with its front wheel stuck on the grassy portion at the end of the airstrip.
