In coping with the worldwide climate change, the Philippine Horticultural Society Inc. with the cooperation of the Quezon City government will be sponsoring a flower and garden show on Jan. 27 to Feb. 6 at the elevated garden of Quezon Memorial Circle, QC. Exhibits will be formally opened on Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. by-invitation-only with guests of honor QC Mayor Herbert Bautista, Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, former Vice President Noli de Castro, Rep. Cynthia Villar and and avid plant collector Butch Campos to formally cut the garland.
