[Title] => Voiding of MTRCB cards irks Arroyo
[Summary] => The officer-in-charge of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) has earned the ire of President Arroyo by voiding deputy cards which his predecessor had issued.

Mrs. Arroyo was visibly displeased when told by Palace reporters that theaters were dishonoring deputy cards issued by former MTRCB chairwoman Marilen Dinglasan upon orders of OIC Dennis Manicad.

The Malacañang reporters were themselves holders of MTRCB deputy cards which were supposed to be effective for one year.
