SPO4 Juliet Espiritu, head of Mandaluyong Police Women’s and Children’s Desk, revealed the mayor would also shoulder the psychiatric tests that would be conducted on the victims, aged 9, 10 and 11.


The victims were snatched from different places by Rodennis Garcia, 32, of Rianzares street, Legarda, Manila. The suspect was collared by the police last March 1.
