                    [Summary] => Caloocan City Mayor Enrico Echiverri has reported that City Hall’s Bureau of Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) posted a record high this year compared to that of the previous years before he assumed office.


The mayor said the latest figures represented a 197 percent increase in the BPLO’s collection in the month of May this year compared to the last three years.


Echiverri said the increase is the highest ever in terms of revenue collection of the licensing office headed by lawyer Melanie Soriano-Malaya.
