"The increase in Korean passengers to Manila is more than 50% compared to last year’s figure of 210,000. The bulk of the tourists, however, go onward to Cebu," said Hyun il Kim,  Asiana’s new regional manager of the Manila sales office. "We would like to contribute to local tourism by  gaining  approval for more midnight flights from Korea to Manila and to other destinations in the Philippines."
