Cuenco Ave. up to corner Gorordo, from corner D. Jakosalem up to Redemptorist Church and beside Robinson's Mall) and Osmeña Blvd. (from RR Landon going to Cebu City Sports Complex) are now free from unsightly spaghetti wires since the committee started the project last October 27.
