Senior Police Officer 3 Jaime Simbahan, an operative of Traffic Management Group based in Camp Crame, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and died on the spot inside his house on  593rd Street in GHQ Subdivision at around 3 a.m.


Investigators said Simbahan woke up after hearing the back door open. Carrying a caliber .45 pistol, the officer went to check if there was an intruder in the house.

                    [Summary] => Two painters died from suffocation the other day inside a water supply tank of the Taguig District Hospital.


Police identified the fatalities as Ruel Yadao and a certain Roderick, who were found dead inside the tank at around 7:50 p.m. Another Moel Magdadaro, 20, survived but is in serious condition and confined at the said hospital.


Prober PO2 Junrene Obico said the victims were painting the tank at around 2 p.m. when they were accidentally trapped inside. They were discovered six hours later.
