CEBU, Philippines - For lack of evidence, the Regional Trial Court has acquitted three men and a woman of allegedly abducting and raping a 19-year-old salesgirl in 2003.

This is a project of the Supreme Court which is intended to "decongest" court dockets and the mediation has been found to be "one expeditious mode of alternative dispute resolution."
