Nangangamba ngayon ang Metropolitan Manila­ Development Authority (MMDA) sa pa­nganib na maaaring idulot ng mga higanteng bill­boards ngayong pagragasa ng bagyong Pedring at mga susunod pang bagyo dahil sa hindi nila maaaring itiklop ang mga ito base sa umiiral na “temporary restraining order (TRO)” na inilabas ng Makati Regional Trial Court laban sa kampanya sa iligal na billboards.
