[Summary] => Makati residents need not go to the Makati City Hall or the head office of the National Statistics Office to obtain authenticated birth certificates, marriage certificates and other civil documents.
Mayor Elenita Binay said personnel from the city civil registrar’s office have been visiting Makati barangays as part of its Barangay Mobile Registration project. So far, some 711 residents were able to secure documents without leaving their barangays, she said.
