[Summary] => A policeman who went to help a barangay tanod serve a summon order against a construction worker was shot in the abdomen in barangay Alegria, Cordova town, last Saturday afternoon.
At around 6:30 in the evening last Saturday, barangay tanod, Dennis Pogoy, 33, tried to served a summon order to a certain Alberto Palangan, a caretaker of a newly-constructed building at the said barangay.
Upon the arrival of the tanod, Palangan allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at Pogoy.
