                    [Summary] =>

With fashion’s cyclical tendencies repeating every two decades, it should come as no surprise that the ’80s, with its heady garish trends and over-the-top looks, has made a comeback. Filtering back in over the past couple of years with the return of primary colors, minidresses and now, thanks to Lanvin’s latest collection, billowy sleeves reminiscent of the shoulder pad craze, we can finally say that the ’80s is alive and thriving.

                    [Summary] => There is nothing taboo about bra straps. Madonna flashed it, Jennifer Beals flashed it, Dolce and Gabanna cashed in on it! To this day, there’s something sexy about a strap of black grazing one’s shoulders, peeking out of a skimpy shirt or perhaps a lacy cup that runneth over one’s oxford shirt. This is voyeuristic culture, as we like to see what we’re not supposed to. However, there is also an undeniable sexiness with the mysterious, with the concealed.
