Japanese Ambassador Toshinao Urabe and Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario recently exchanged notes on the Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) Project amounting to about P137 million (258 million yen).

The ships, with a complement of about 530 officers and crew members on board, including 65 newly commissioned officers, are under the command of Capt Akitomo Sahara.
