Rositio Maupas, 40, of M.J Cuenco Street, Cebu City was arrested by bystanders outside the W. L. Warehouse along Gerardo Ouano Street after they saw him stab his lover Nerissa Samong, 28, of Talisay City. 


PO2 Dante Wenceslao of Police Station 5 of the Mandaue City Police Office said the suspect waited for his girlfriend at around 6 p.m.
