At 2 p.m. today, tropical storm “Marce” was estimated based on radar, satellite and surface data at 440 kms east of Casiguran, Aurora with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move northwest at 15 kph.
