MALOLOS CITY – A Chinese national accused of drug trafficking was sentenced to double life imprisonment and fined P1 million by a Bulacan court recently.


Sheng Wi Xian, who goes by the aliases Kevin and Shi Chun Huan, was arrested by police in a buy-bust operation almost five years ago.


Judge Jaime Samonte, of the Bulacan Regional Trial Court, found Sheng guilty of selling, possessing and transporting about four kilos of shabu, which were seized from him by the police during the sting operation.
