The victim, Rudy Chris Balidiong, 23, was having breakfast with his wife, Rosa Maria, at about 10 a.m. when the assassins approached them from behind and shot him three times — one in the back of the head and two in the body, police said.

Balidiong died three and a half hours later at the Saint Paul’s Hospital.
