[Title] => The CCP Jesus Christ exhibit: It ain't art
[Summary] => The artist who set up that controversial Jesus Christ exhibit at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) the other week must be grinning and enjoying all that brouhaha that has made him the central object of attention in the last few days.

[Title] => Trendwatch: Trompe l'oeil
[Summary] => Trompe l’oeil isn’t just a snooty-sounding, hard-to-pronounce French term, it also happens to be one of the hottest trends right now.

[Title] => All the worlds a stage
[Summary] => Ive had theater running in my veins for as far back as I can remember. Whether it be from one of my first roles as a "tree" in kindergarten, to a host of ensemble parts throughout my life clowns, reporters, a squirrel even, to my share of leading roles and time in the spotlight, Ive always loved being on the stage, and for more reasons than the obvious ones. Its not all about just performing in front of people though thats fun too, its about the entire theater experience.

[Title] => Wanna own a Poodle?
[Summary] => Whats that?" my brother Hans asked me when he first met Gorby.
"Hes a Toy Poodle and hes sooooo cute," I said to him.
"He looks like a rat," replied Hans.
Growing up in a home where big dogs were the thing was the cause for my brothers lack of interest in Gorby.
But let me tell you that Hans indif-ference to Gorby lasted only a month. The next time he came to visit us his opinion had changed.

[Title] => Congress credibility gap
[Summary] => No matter how you slice it, the worst problem a government can have in a fiscal crisis is a credibility gap. Senate President Frank Drilon and House Speaker Joe de Venecia were the guest speakers at the Manila Overseas Press Clubs (MOPC) Congress Night. JDV rolled out his usual optimistic and creative spiel. He outlined a 12-point program to generate new wealth in a variety of creative ways that have been covered by the media. One can probably get a copy of JDVs new book, Development Agenda 2004-2010: Our Tasks for the Next Six Years from the Speakers office.
