A baby girl in San Fernando was snatched and eaten by a stray dog minutes after
she was born.
Police officer Perlita Lum-bab of the San Fernando police's women's desk said
the remains of the baby of Riza Ginayas, 25, a single mother of Upper Laguna,
Greenhills, were found bloodied and torn apart a few meters from the hut where
she was born.
According to Lumbab, Ginayas fell asleep after giving birth to the baby
unassisted last Tuesday afternoon.
