Antonio Pogado, chairman of the Nagkahiusang Drayber sa Sugbo group, was not among the respondents to the indictment filed and assigned to five branches of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities at the Palace of Justice.

                    [Summary] => Anthony Pogado, president of the Nagkahiusang Drayber sa Sugbo, yesterday said they are determined to file counter-charges against members of the PNP Traffic Division and CITOM enforcers following the operation Monday night along Osmeña boulevard which he tagged a "form of harassment".
 

Pogado said they will be asking ABS-CBN Cebu to give them video footages of the operation relative to the controversial city ordinance banning the entry of Mandaue public utility jeepneys from plying General Maxilom Avenue and Osmeña Boulevard.
