                    [Summary] => Criminal and administrative charges will be filed against the three provincial policemen, who were detailed as close-in security men of retired police general Tiburcio Fusillero, according to the City Police's security and service group chief Mariano Natuel yesterday.


Natuel said the filing of the charges may be done after the Holy Week observance, and currently his office is still consolidating the various complaints of the farmers of the mountain barangays against SPO1 Rudy Estrada, PO3 Rolando Agujar, and PO2 Jessie Tibalan.
