Police said the victim, 18-year-old Marlon Fernando,  of Aglipay street in Mandaluyong City, was riding tandem with a woman identified as a certain Cielo Francisco, 21, also of the same address, when they were bumped by a silver Toyota Corrolla. 


According to police, the couple was passing by a motel in Old Sta. Mesa at about 2:40 a.m. when the car, with plate number TDS-238, suddenly appeared and bumped them from the rear.
