Senior Police Officer 1 Roberto Bersal, who was in civilian attire, was waiting for a ride along Aurora Boulevard at 9 p.m. when Eric Ubas, a resident of barangay San Roque in Antipolo City, snatched his cell phone and ran towards Farmer’s Market.
