City Mayor Freddie Tinga personally awarded the TSF operatives, led by Arthuro Ramira Jr., for the "professionalism and dedication" they showed in rescuing American Doyle Stout.
Members of the TSF patrol team were Elsa Ruaza, Jorge Dacara, Jorge Hidalgo, Sabina Dasal, Tiopilo Ongsoto, Leon Rivera, Christopher Mariano, Happy Mariano, and George Sumulong.
