[Title] => The five-minute rule
[Summary] => Yes, thats me in the picture. I have finally decided to have my hair chopped. I feel refreshed. My natural curls are back and I can celebrate them now that my friend, Cherry Reyes of Toni & Guy allowed them to curl naturally before snipping them. When my daughter Ella and I found ourselves in Raymond Isaacs studio for a print shoot, I asked Raymond to kindly take a photo of me just for this column. I wanted you all to be updated with my new look. Hope you like it as much as I do.

[Title] => Honor thy children
[Summary] => I was getting Donny and Hannah ready for school when Ella (who got ready first) turned on the TV. I politely asked her what the rule was regarding TV before school and she replied, "Not allowed." I asked her what should be done next and she told me that it should be turned off but didnt budge. I reminded her about the rule again and asked for the TV to be turned off but still, she didnt obey. So I told her that I would turn it off but she would have to be disciplined for not obeying. It took us around 30 minutes to settle that issue.

[Title] => This child cant smile he has Moebius Syndrome
[Summary] => Has anyone of you ever considered the value of a smile? It brightens peoples day and sets the pace for a bright future. Experts say that it takes more muscles to frown than to smile. Smiling not only relieves stress, it also lessens the pressure on the facial muscles, which probably explains why people who smile often look a lot younger.
