The Court of Appeals (CA) was asked yesterday to reconsider its decision clearing San Miguel Corp. (SMC) in a damage suit in connection with the alleged hoarding of empty beer bottlers and plastic crates of another local beer maker, Asia Brewery Inc. (ABI).
