[Title] => 5 ways to experience glitzy Dubai for free
[Summary] => Dubai's big spending on manmade islands and other over-the-top attractions left this unabashedly capitalist city with mountains of debt. That doesn't mean a trip to the cosmopolitan Mideast sheikdom needs to send you to the poorhouse though. There's plenty to do without spending a dirham.

[Title] => Headlines in Dubai newspapers!
[Summary] => I was in Dubai since last weekend for a conference and it seems that in just two months (I was here last Sept. 9th) the climate has greatly changed from an unbearable 46 degree heat where you had to run from your vehicle back inside your hotel lobby to a very comfortable 25 degrees.
