A university professor with a doctoral degree in public administration was found dead Tuesday night in his rented apartment in Camarin, North Caloocan.

Dr. Ederlinda Fiesta, the hospital’s administrator, explained that the P200-million four-story edifice started operation only last week due to the delay in obtaining the much needed facilities.

Fiesta assured residents, however, that the hospital’s services would be available to everybody, especially the underprivileged, as it would be managed by the city government and not by a private entity.

Mayor Reynaldo Malonzo said that aside from the new enrolees, graduating students of CCPC will also be required to take seminars on anti-drug abuse and solid waste management as one of the pre-requisites for their graduation.
