[Title] => Staying healthy in the workplace
[Summary] => When we think of “hazardous” occupations we usually think of people who work with heavy machinery, technicians who handle toxic chemicals, race car drivers, medical professionals who treat infectious diseases, firemen and policemen. Office workers don’t usually come to mind, but they also face health risks even in the most secure and comfortable-looking work environments.

[Title] => To see is to believe
[Summary] => What a sight! I craned my neck even further, dazzled by the brilliant colors and figures of Michelangelos fresco paintings on the Sistine Chapels vaulted ceilings. There they were God creating Adam, Biblical prophets, saints, angels and nude figures in bright Tuscan colors that have been brought back to all their glory by a remarkable restoration. I was so awed I couldnt speak.

[Title] => Portrait of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as professor
[Summary] => Students may not realize it yet, but college is the happiest, most productive period of our life. Back then, we had fun, we read more and we worried a lot less. Life was simply coming to class on time, taking exams, and making sure that we finished our term papers on time. Weekends were spent on gimiks with friends!
When we reminisce about our school days, theres one person we will never forget our teacher! More so if your professor back then is now the President of the Philippines.

[Title] => LASIK Eye Surgery: for your eyes only
[Summary] => Ive seen this before. Or at least some version of it for the past 17 years that my eyes have been myopic or near-sighted. The image always starts out blurred, then it becomes sharp until you realize it is a highway and not some white fuzzy nothing. The most recent one, it was a farmhouse. Brown with red and green grass. The machines called an auto refractometer, a common feature in optical shops and ophthalmologists clinics.
