[Summary] => Authorities are now hunting members of a gun-running drug syndicate after they shot dead the other night a police asset during a botched surveillance operation by cops in Novaliches, Quezon City.
Victim Ricardo Colandres, 34, of 8 Don Pepe Street, Sto. Domingo, suffered a bullet wound in the chest and died while undergoing medical treatment at the Quezon City General Hospital.
The still unidentified suspects, whose leader was tagged as a certain "Boogie," remain at-large. Police however, recovered a caliber .38 revolver that was used in shooting Colandres.
