Barely two years after, thanks to the reformist-administration headed by chairman Daniel Lacson Jr.  and president and general manager Robert Vergara, the ailing state-owned fund is out of sick bay and now financially sound. In 2011, it posted a whopping total comprehensive income of P74.09 billion.
