PO1 Anthony Sol Cruz, of 132 Lakandula street, Tondo, Manila, clarified that the complainants stormed his wife’s agency on Fortuna street in Makati City after they learned that they were fired from their jobs.

Cruz said he even invited the angry employees inside his office to calm them down but the group attacked and tried to maul him, forcing him to fire a warning shot.

Capisonda, 32, messenger, of Barangay BF International, Las Piñas City, sustained minor burns and a mark after the bullet grazed his nape. He was brought to the Ospital ng Maynila for treatment.
