President Arroyo said that the authorities are considering raising a reward to poinpoint people behind the blast in Ayala Center that killed nine people.

In a meeting at Camp Crame, Quezon CIty, Mrs. Arroyo said that they will dicuss this so they could announce it right away.

She also instructed intelligence officials to be on the lookout for terrorists that might take advantage of the situation.

At a separate press conference in Makati, Mayor Jejomar inay and Councilor Junjun Binay said that the city government is considering raising P 1 million as a reward.
