The Quezon City government has formed a culture and council to ensure the protection, preservation and conservation of the city’s cultural and historical heritage and to encourage the development of local cultural industries.


The city government has set aside P1 million for the council’s budget.


The panel will take charge in preparations of the city’s annual plan for promoting culture and the arts.
