                    [Summary] => DAVAO CITY — A criminal syndicate calling itself the Urban Tiger Action Group led by one Commander Tiger was identified as responsible for Wednesday’s bombing that ripped through a bus in Digos City, Davao del Sur.


Investigators are now preparing artist’s sketches of the bombers based on the witnesses’ descriptions. Police and local authorities have offered P100,000 reward for the arrest of the perpetrators.  


Philippine National Police chief Director General Arturo Lomibao said initial findings showed that "it could probably be extortion."
