One of thee coolest eras for music, film and especially fashion was without a doubt the ’60s. Everyone aspired to look like The Beatles, The Who and the first supermodel, Twiggy. With simple pieces and easy-to-do combinations, the style of the mods, or modernists, still echo the polo shirts we see today. Mod fashion ushered in the mini skirt and the op-art prints of geometric shapes and polka dots, and saw men sharply dressed in buttoned-up collared shirts, never without a tie.
