BAGUIO CITY, Philippines – President  Arroyo was teary-eyed from a religious service held at the Loakan Airport here  Thursday  in honor of eight Presidential aides who were killed in a helicopter crash Tuesday, the Office of the Press Secretary's (OPS) website reported.
