In a statement, the NPA confirmed that Silvino Clamucha, alias Ka Bino, was one of the two rebels slain in the clash in Barangay Bagsik. The other rebel fatality was identified only as Ka Kardo.

Clamucha was in the news recently when he admitted that the NPA was behind the failed ambush of Gov.
