Cityland Development Corp. (CDC) disclosed to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) the declaration of a 30 percent stock dividend to stockholders of record as of July 6, 2000. The declaration was made by the board of directors during its meeting last April 25.

The ratification of dividend declaration will be taken up during CDC's annual stockholders meeting scheduled on June 6, 2000. The distribution date of the stock dividends is set on Aug.
