[Summary] => The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) launched yesterday a manhunt for the owner-financier of a raided mini-shabu laboratory in Muntinlupa City.
NCRPO intelligence chief Senior Superintendent Felipe Rojas Jr. said Jamil Edris Sali has been tagged as the supplier of shabu in southern Metro Manila.
Edris purchased a lot at the Mutual Homes Subdivision in Barangay Putatan in 2002 and converted it into a mini-shabu lab, he said.
