Chief Inspector Jaime Silva, officer-in-charge of the Pasay City Jail, said this was the second time a woman was caught trying to sneak in drugs into the facility.

Silva identified the suspect as Alicia Gutierrez, 42, of 7 Leonardo St., Tramo, Pasay.

Investigation showed that Gutierrez was supposed to visit her live-in partner, a certain Ferdinand Quimquim, who is detained on robbery charges, at around 11:40 a.m.
