"Now that I am in my 30s, I realize the importance of a healthy lifestyle and that is what I want for myself."

Aga is the first to admit that he became so relaxed with his life – especially after he got married to Charlene Gonzales and his twins Atasha and Andres came into his life – that he started to take life easy. "Charlene is a hands-on mom," said Aga, "and I am a hands-on dad."

It's public knowledge that Aga has a teenage love child (Iggy Boy) with Janice de Belen but he was only 17 when he first became a father, much too young to feel the responsibility.

"It's only now that I really feel like a father," Aga admitted, "especially now that the twins are turning four years old (on Nov. 5). When Iggy was born, I knew na tatay na ako (that I was a father already). However, Iggy didn't grow up with me, so I hardly felt like a real father until now."

Slowly but surely, according to Aga, his twins are radically changing his and Charlene's lives. (They celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary last May 28, but they've been together for five years.)

"I don't know but I just feel that I'm okay for life. I have peace of mind; I'm happy with myself and with my family. I don't think of anything else but how to raise our twins properly, how to guide them step by step until they become adults."
