A four-storey athletes’ dorm may soon rise inside the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.

[Title] => Peping pushes for amnesty to delinquent NSAs
[Summary] =>
The Philippine Sports Commission is being urged to grant amnesty on the national sports associations (NSAs) which have yet to liquidate their old cash advances with the government sports agency.
Philippine Olympic Committee president Jose Cojuangco Jr. said it may be impossible to settle or solve the liquidation problems of some NSAs since most of the cash advances amounting to millions of pesos were made more than a decade ago.

[Title] => PSC to raise athletes meal allowance
[Summary] =>
Chairman Butch Ramirez of the PSC yesterday said the government sports agency is seriously considering increasing the daily meal allowance of the national athletes from P350 to P500.
"We are evaluating their needs. And if it says that we need to spend P500 a day for every athlete, then we will give it. We will make sure that they get their food requirement," said Ramirez.
