Prime movers for this wonderful event were Philippine Cerebral Palsy Inc. trustees Raquel Garcia, Eric Pe Benito and Ling Ling.  It served as a kick-off for the sponsor a child program of the pcpi.


The 50-year-old center currently treats over 300 Filipinos, providing special education and treatment to an average of 90 CPs a day.  It costs P1,000 a month or P12,000 a year to treat one child.
