The victim, Claudio Perez, 48, died from three bullet wounds.

Superintendent Antonio Tanchoco, city police chief, said Perez was whiling away his time near the gate of his apartment in Barangay Magsaysay Norte at about 8:20 a.m. Sunday when one of two men aboard an unmarked red Suzuki X-120 motorcycle approached him.
